Two people sitting together in conversation

Maybe you’re having the same argument on repeat and don’t know how to stop it. Maybe the distance between you has grown so quietly that you’re not sure when it started. Maybe something happened that broke trust, and you’re not sure if it can be rebuilt. Or maybe things are actually okay — and you want to build something genuinely great before problems take root.

Couples therapy isn’t just for crisis. It’s for any two people who want to understand each other better and build something that lasts.

Who I Work With

  • Couples who feel stuck in conflict or disconnection
  • Partners navigating infidelity or betrayal
  • Couples affected by one or both partners’ trauma histories
  • Newlyweds and premarital couples building a strong foundation
  • Co-parents working to improve their relationship for their family
  • Couples who are generally strong and want to grow proactively

How I Work

I bring a direct, structured approach to couples work. I’ll be warm — and I’ll also be honest. If I see a pattern that’s keeping you stuck, I’ll name it. My goal isn’t to referee your arguments. It’s to help you understand what’s underneath them.

I’m particularly experienced in trauma-informed couples work — understanding how each partner’s history shapes how they attach, fight, withdraw, and love. This lens often unlocks what more surface-level approaches miss.

We’ll work on communication, yes. But also on the deeper patterns: how you each learned to navigate closeness and conflict, what your nervous systems do under stress, and how to build something more intentional together.
